What could be more fun than having a go at making your own sausages?
This is a completely hands-on, active class suitable for those who are serious about what goes into their sausage as well as those who just want to have fun – including hen parties! It’s also suitable for children so great for family groups – although under 12s must be accompanied by an adult. Working in pairs, we take you through the entire sausage making process from start to finish – from dealing with the casings to stuffing them and eating the finished product – and you get to take your sausages home too!
This is a hands on class, which lasts approximately 3 hours over a lunchtime or evening slot. It’s huge amounts of fun and both practical and delicious. You will need to bring a cool box because you will be taking home the sausages you have made.
You can arrange a Sausage making class for up to a maximum of 8 people, although if you’re just a couple that’s fine, and the price quoted is the total price for all participants. It will include all the ingredients required for your group, the tuition, the recipes for you to take homes and a sit down meal from what we have made.
