Hannake Kluge, a Kip McGrath business owner, had used Mustard Seed for a few years for her Christmas staff dinner, but in 2016 wanted something a little different.
Holy Land Christmas Staff Dinner for 12
Hannake wanted the dinner to have a Christian bent whilst at the same time being sensitive to the fact that her staff were not all Christian. Hannake also wanted staff to have some choice in their menu and a vegetarian option was also needed. The event took place at Mustard Seed itself where we can seat up to 20 for private dinners. This meant Hannake could bring her own soft drinks, juice, wine, champagne, port etc and treat her staff to a fully served 3 course sit down dinner in comfortable, discreet surroundings. The dining room was theirs for the night and unlike a restaurant they could linger over coffees as long as they wanted.
Katherine of Mustard Seed is simply amazing, she cares deeply for her business and cooks with passion and skill. I’ve attended her Supper Clubs in the past and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Her home has also been the venue for my private staff Christmas Dinner every year for the last 4 years. I’ve always been impressed by the quality of food on offer and the passion and style in which it is presented. My husband who has been in the hospitality trade for many years always speaks highly of Katherine, her husband and Mustard Seed. I do not hesitate to recommend her to anybody, as I know she will look after him or her with great care and she does business with the highest level of integrity.
