Summer preserves and pickles…

June makes us think of summer fruits, berries and currants, and cucumbers, summer squash and pickles. Following on from the success of our Autumn preserving class, this session looks at some of the lovely fresh tasting preserves and pickles we can make in Summer. We’ll make one jam or jelly and one pickle of your choice for you to take home, and we’ll round off the evening with a sampling session of some Mustard Seed favourites, with some cheese and wine!
Available to book in June and July Thursdays @ 7.00p.m. – 10.00p.m.+ or Saturdays @ 11.00a.m. – 2.00p.m.+ For this new longer hands-on class you will need to bring an apron and a bag to take home your preserves!
£240 for up to 6 people, includes all your ingredients, jars, labels etc and a complimentary cheese and wine sampling supper!
